Your application - we compare your qualifications with our requirements
After we have received your dossier, we check your documents and compare your qualifications with the requirements profile of the respective position. If your previous experience and development match the requirements of the respective position, we will contact you to coordinate the further procedure.
The interview - we get to know each other
Our first interview will be a video call (Microsoft Teams). The future supervisor and the HR manager will be present. With good preparation, you can go into the interview relaxed. What projects have you worked on? Why did you apply to us? What would you like to know from your future manager? We look forward to your questions.
Invitation to a personal interview
Good onboarding is very important to us. Our team awaits you with complete equipment and professional and consistent training. Together with your manager, goals and development measures for the onboarding are defined and regularly reflected upon. For everything else, a personal buddy from the team is available to you with advice and support. And off you go!
